I work as a private chef here in Nashville, TN & do private catering for various events from corporate gigs to studio sessions. Easy Cheesy Pasta Bake

This recipe is seriously so easy. Literally only 5 ingredients! It makes a comforting, warm & quick dinner! You can totally sub in ground beef or chicken for the turkey or omit the meat to make it vegetarian.

Easy Cheesy Pasta Bake

Jar of your favorite marinara

1 block cream cheese 

1 pack ground turkey

1 box of short noodle pasta (penne, fusilli, rotini, rigatoni, etc)

Mozzarella 

Salt & pepper

Preheat oven to 375. Boil & salt water and par cook your pasta (I cooked rotini for 5 minutes). While pasta cooks, add the turkey to your skillet and cook fully. Drain the fat off the meat & add in your jar of sauce and the block of cream cheese. Season with salt & pepper. Drain pasta & pour into pan with sauce (make sure you keep it super saucy, I didn’t use entire box of pasta but it depends how large your jar of sauce is). Cover with tons of mozzarella (about 2-3 cups) and bake for 20 minutes. Broil in the end to get top crisp.
