I am a mother of 2 small babes who motivate me to continue turning my passion into business. I am a lover of all things food & hospitality. I work as a private chef here in Nashville, TN & do private catering for various events from corporate gigs to studio sessions. My favorite part about cooking is the element of gathering people from all walks of life together with one thing in common. Enjoying a meal together. Blueberry, Yoghurt & Honey Smoothie

This blueberry smoothie is so refreshing & creamy. It hits the spot when you are wanting something sweet without the regret. Warning, do not give this to a toddler near a white couch… been there, done that.

Blueberry, Yoghurt & Honey Smoothie

2 bananas

1 cup frozen spinach (or 2 cups fresh)

2 cups frozen blueberries

1 cup plain greek yoghurt

2 tsp honey

3 scoops collagen peptides

2 tsp hemp seeds

1 cup ice

1.5 cups milk of your choice (I use oat) 

Put all items in a blender & blend! Easy peasy! This recipe makes a large smoothie for my husband and me + a small serving for our toddler. Half the recipe if just for 1!
