I am a mother of 2 small babes who motivate me to continue turning my passion into business. I am a lover of all things food & hospitality. I work as a private chef here in Nashville, TN & do private catering for various events from corporate gigs to studio sessions. My favorite part about cooking is the element of gathering people from all walks of life together with one thing in common. Enjoying a meal together. Anyone else get those chocolate oranges in their stockings every Christmas? I always look so forward to those! I was craving one & decided to whip up a healthy treat channeling those flavors.

I like a chunky chia pudding but feel free to reduce the amount of seeds added to your liking.

Chocolate Orange Chia Pudding

1 cup oat milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 cup orange juice

1 cup chia seeds

1 tbsp agave

3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tbsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients together & set in fridge overnight (or a few hours until thickened).
