I am a mother of 2 small babes who motivate me to continue turning my passion into business. I am a lover of all things food & hospitality. I work as a private chef here in Nashville, TN & do private catering for various events from corporate gigs to studio sessions. Ohhhhhhhhh beer bread. How I love you. Not only is this the EASIEST bread you will ever make, it is so fluffy, tasty & overall perfect. Especially loaded up with butter or dipped into a soup or chili.

Honey Beer Bread

3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/4 cup honey

1 12 ounce beer

1/4 cup melted butter

Preheat your oven to 350. In a bowl combine the flour, salt & baking powder. Add in the honey and beer and mix until just combined. Melt your butter & pour half into your loaf pan. Swirl the half of the butter around to coat the edges of the pan then add in your dough. Pour the remaining melted butter over the dough & bake for 50 mins.
