Hi!

I am a mother of 2 small babes who motivate me to continue turning my passion into business. I am a lover of all things food & hospitality. I work as a private chef here in Nashville, TN & do private catering for various events from corporate gigs to studio sessions. My favorite part about cooking is the element of gathering people from all walks of life together with one thing in common. Enjoying a meal together. I grew up with a family that taught me through the generations that food is love. I hope that here you find some joy, some memories & some long lasting recipes to fill your home (& bellies)!

Spicy Cream Cheese Chicken Hand Pies

Spicy Cream Cheese Chicken Hand Pies

These spicy cream cheese chicken hand pies are the perfect balance of spicy & creamy. They have all the flavors of buffalo chicken stuffed into puff pastry. Only thing that makes them better… being dipped in ranch.

Spicy Cream Cheese Chicken Hand Pies

1 pack (2 sheets) puff pastry, thawed

1 block cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup mozzarella

A few dash’s of your fav hot sauce (I used Tapatio)

1 tbsp chopped green onions

2 cups chopped cooked chicken

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp pepper

1 egg

Ranch for dipping

Preheat oven to 400. In a microwave safe bowl, warm your cream cheese for 30 seconds. Add to the cream cheese the mozzarella, hot sauce, green onions, chicken, salt, garlic powder & pepper. Cut each piece of pastry into 4 (for large hand pies) or 8 (for smaller hand pies). On one half scoop chicken mixture on & cover with other half. Seal edges with a fork & make slits on top for air to release. Whisk your egg & brush onto pastries. Bake for 20-25 minutes until brown & cooled through.
