I am a mother of 2 small babes who motivate me to continue turning my passion into business. I am a lover of all things food & hospitality. I work as a private chef here in Nashville, TN & do private catering for various events from corporate gigs to studio sessions. My favorite part about cooking is the element of gathering people from all walks of life together with one thing in common. Enjoying a meal together. Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad

In honor of my son who is constantly singing the line “I get my peaches down in Georgia” .. this salad is dedicated to him, ha! Peach season is upon us and there is nothing more refreshing than this salad. You can eat it as a main it is that tasty, or is serves as a perfect side to almost anything.

Stone Fruit & Burrata Salad

3 x ripe peaches

2 x ripe plums

1 ball of burrata

10-12 fresh basil leaves

Good quality balsamic vinegar

Kosher salt

Slice your fruit & pile up on a serving platter. Tear open the burrata & place on top of fruit. Finely slice your basil and spread it over top of the fruit and cheese with a sprinkle of salt & a drizzle of balsamic. Enjoy!
